Tools: Additional model formats for 3DGS Shell Extensions

ClubNext version of 3DGS Shell Extensions is under development. Now it displays thumbnails for Microsoft X (both ascii and binary) and Autodesk 3ds.
Have some bugs while implementing 3ds format, but hope to fix them totally.
New version will be free for all CR Pack or 3DGS Shell Extensions registered owners as usual.
